1. Feeding: Whole pomegranates are fed into the machine through the feeding hopper.
2. Primary Crushing (Upper Crushing Unit): The pomegranates enter the upper crushing section, where:
- Two stainless steel crushing rollers rotate in opposite directions
- Special blades on the rollers cut and split the fruit
Whole pomegranates are gently crushed into small pieces, achieving initial peel–seed separation while minimizing seed damage
3. Separation (Aril & Peel Separation Unit): The crushed material falls into the separation unit, consisting of a spiral separation shaft, a rotary perforated screen, variable frequency speed control. Under the combined rotation of the separation shaft and rotary screen, pomegranate arils and part of the juice pass through the screen holes; Arils exit through the discharge outlet and flow to the next process.
4. Discharge: Pomegranate peels are discharged from the rear end of the machine. While clean pomegranate arils with high integrity and low peel content.
