Features of Passion Fruit Juicer
1. Automatic Separation of Pulp (Juice), Peel, and Seeds
Our passion fruit juice machine automatically separates pulp, peel, and seeds in one continuous operation, without manual sieving or secondary filtration.
- The primary separation drum removes the fruit peel and large fibrous materials.
- The secondary seed separation drum then isolates the seeds from the juice and pulp.

Structure & Working Principle
The machine mainly consists of a feed hopper, crusher, separator, seed separator, transmission system, and frame.
1. Feeding and crushing: Fruit is fed through the hopper into the crusher. The crusher ruptures the fruit, separating peel fragments, pulp, juice and seeds into a mix.
2. Primary separation: The crushed mixture is conveyed into the separation drum where tumbling and centrifugal effects separate lighter peel and skin from heavier pulp/juice and seeds. Peel is discharged via the waste/chute.
3. Seed and pulp separation (de-seeding cylinder): The juice/pulp/seed mixture flows into the perforated seed drum. High-speed rotating silicone scrapers continuously press the pulp against the perforated surface, forcing juice and fine pulp to pass through the holes into the collection trough while seeds are mechanically moved along and expelled through the seed outlet.
4. Juice collection and discharge: Juice collected in the trough flows out the juice outlet to the next processing stage. Seeds and coarse residues are discharged separately, ready for packaging, animal feed, or disposal.
