How Does an Industrial Meat Grinder Work?
During production, start the machine first and then feed the meat. Fuxun’s meat grinder works by using a rotating screw to continuously push raw meat from the feed hopper toward the cutting system. As the screw conveys and compresses the meat forward, it forces the material through a pre-cut plate. This motion creates pressure that allows the knife and hole plate to work together. The knife rotates while the hole plate remains stationary. Their relative motion cuts the meat into small particles. Because the auger’s pitch decreases toward the outlet while the shaft diameter increases, the meat is gradually compressed, ensuring continuous discharge through the holes of the plate. By changing the combination of hole plates, the operator can produce different meat granule sizes.
