In December 2025, Fuxun Machinery delivered a complete sesame paste production line to Oman. As demand for high-quality tahini grows in the Middle East, the customer needed a reliable and efficient solution.
Core Equipment Supplied
The production line features two JMS-240 colloid grinders, designed to produce smooth and finely textured sesame paste.
Processing capacity: 1,200–1,500 kg/h
After grinding, the sesame paste is collected in stainless steel storage tanks, which provide a smooth buffer in the production flow. The paste then enters a vacuum deaeration tank, where trapped air and bubbles are efficiently removed to improve product stability and shelf life.
The paste cooling machine is positioned after the deaeration tank and before the filling process, ensuring the sesame paste reaches an optimal, stable temperature before packaging.
