In August 2025, Fuxun Machinery successfully delivered and commissioned a 5-ton-per-hour pomegranate juice production line in Greece. The project covered a complete processing solution, from raw fruit handling to juice extraction and pasteurization.
Production Line Configuration
The complete pomegranate juice production line was designed for 5 tons per hour and includes:
1. Pomegranate Washing Machine — for thorough cleaning and preparation.
2. Peeling and Deseeding System — featuring a peeling and deseeding machine and an advanced purification setup that separates peel fragments, membranes, and other impurities with high precision.
3. Screw Juicing System – equipped with a screw press juicer for continuous extraction and a pasteurization system for maintaining high juice quality and safety.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
After shipment to Greece, our engineer was dispatched and provided on-site installation, testing, and operator training. Within days, the production line was running smoothly under actual production conditions.
