In December 2025, Fuxun Machinery shipped a DGJ-800 citrus juicer along with an industrial fruit washing machine to Chile. This system is designed to process lemons and oranges.
Fuxun’s Solution
This system combines bubble agitation, claw stirring, water spraying, and lifting mechanisms. Fruits are placed directly into a water tank with a conveyor chain. The bubble and spray system gently removes dirt and pesticide residues. The water is filtered and recirculated through a pump system for efficient use.
Our citrus juicer machine is designed for citrus fruits such as kumquats, oranges, and lemons. This machine allows fruits to be juiced directly — no peeling or grading required. During the juicing process, the system automatically separates peel and juice, ensuring high yield and excellent purity. The DGJ-800 model, with a capacity of 3–4 tons per hour, is an ideal solution for industrial-scale juice production.
