1. Drum Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine
Our drum/rotary washing and machine is designed to wash and peel fruits and vegetables that grow in soil or carry high mud and impurities. It combines mechanical brushing and high-pressure spraying, ensuring thorough cleaning while maintaining product quality.
| Model | Power (kW) | Processing Capacity | Dimensions (mm) |
| GMQJ-2 | 1.5 | 2 t/h | 2,000*850*1,200 |
| GMQJ-5 | 3.0 | 5 t/h | 3,000*1,050*1,500 |
| GMQJ-10 | 4.0 | 10 t/h | 4,500*1,250*1,650 |
Applications: Ideal for apples, pears, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, radishes, and other soil-grown vegetables.
Structure and Working Principle
Its main components include a sturdy frame, rotating drum, water tank, spray pipes, circulating water pump, and transmission system.
Fruits and vegetables enter the drum, where they are tumbled and rotated. As the produce tumbles, friction between the brushes, the drum surface, and the produce itself helps remove dirt, soil, and impurities. A hollow spiral inside the drum gradually moves the produce toward the discharge end, ensuring even cleaning and smooth output.
Dirty water and debris pass through the mesh holes on the drum surface into a collection tank, then flow into a filtration tank where solids are trapped. The filtered water is pumped back through the spray pipes for reuse, enabling continuous and efficient cleaning.
2. Brush Washing Machine
Brush washing machine is an industrial or commercial machine designed to clean fruits and vegetables using rotating brushes. Hard brushes are used for washing and peeling, while soft brushes gently clean delicate produce.
This machine is suitable for a wide range of round and elongated fruits and vegetables, including:
- Root vegetables: carrots, white radish, potatoes, sweet potatoes, ginger, yams
- Fruits: apples, oranges
- Other vegetables: onions, peppers
Working Principle
The brushing washing machine consists of a frame, brush rollers, spray pipes, a water collection tank, and a transmission system with gears, chains, and a reducer. The brush rollers are arranged in a U-shape, with each roller driven by the transmission system to rotate synchronously. During operation, produce is loaded into the machine and moved forward by the rotating spiral brushes, while water from the overhead spray pipes continuously washes off dirt and impurities. Debris falls through the gaps between the brushes into the collection tank, allowing the machine to clean or peel fruits and vegetables efficiently.
| Model | Power (kW) | Processing Capacity (t/h) | Dimensions (mm) |
| MQJ-0.1 | 0.37 | 0.05-0.1 | 500×400×800 |
| MQJ-0.5 | 0.55 | 0.1-0.5 | 800×500×800 |
| MQJ-1 | 1.1 | 0.5-1 | 1,000×600×1,000 |
| MQJ-1.5 | 1.5 | 1.1-1.5 | 1,200×800×1,200 |
3. Air Bubble Washing Machine
Air bubble washing machine is designed to wash fresh produce using air bubbles and circulating water. The machine is equipped with an air blower that pumps air into the washing tank through perforated pipes at the bottom. Perfect for cleaning soft or fragile materials, such as strawberries, mulberries, grapes, tomatoes, leafy greens, mangoes, and more.
Working Principle
Air bubbles generated by the blower agitate the water, causing fruits and vegetables to roll and rub gently against each other. Filtered water is continuously recirculated by a pump and re-sprayed through adjustable nozzles. The conveyor slowly transfers cleaned materials forward, and an optional spray section at the outlet ensures final rinsing.
Features
- Soft washing action — no bruising or damage to delicate fruits.
- Effective removal of pesticide residues and fine particles.
- Closed-loop water recycling system reduces consumption by up to 70%.
| Model | Power (kW) | Processing Capacity | Dimensions (mm) |
| SXJ-2 | 1.67 | 2 t/h | 3,500×700×1,400 |
| SXJ-5 | 4.45 | 5 t/h | 5,000×950×1,600 |
| SXJ-10 | 3.15 | 10 t/h | 6,500×1,200×1,800 |
| SXJ-20 | 1.67 | 20 t/h | 8,000×1,400×2,000 |
4. Surfing Washing Machine
Surfing fruit and vegetable washing machine is designed for deep and gentle washing that uses water flow to create wave-like or “surfing” movement inside the tank, effectively washing fruits and vegetables with strong hydraulic force. It uses a circulating water pump and directional nozzles to generate powerful water waves that push and roll the produce in the tank. It is suitable for fruits, leafy vegetables, herbs, flowers, etc.
Working Principle
During operation, fruits and vegetables are loaded into the water tank, where the force of water and air causes them to tumble and roll vigorously, effectively removing dirt and impurities. The washing water passes through a filter and is pumped back under pressure to adjustable spray pipes at the feed section, allowing high-pressure water to further clean the produce as it moves toward the outlet. At the exit, an elevator lifts the washed produce to the next processing stage. The surfing washer can be paired with a brush washing machine to first loosen soil through turbulent water flow, then perform deep cleaning or gentle peeling with rotating brushes.

How to Choose Fruit and Vegetable Washing Machine?
1. Type of Produce
- Root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, ginger) may require drum or brush washers for peeling and deep cleaning.
- Soft fruits (strawberries, grapes, tomatoes) need air bubble or surf type washers to prevent bruising.
- Leafy vegetables or herbs often benefit from surfing or bubble washers for gentle, thorough cleaning.
2. Cleaning and Peeling Requirements
- If you need peeling, choose machines with hard brush washing machine or drum washing machine.
- For simple washing, soft brush or bubble or surfing washer are sufficient.
3. Capacity and Production Volume
- Consider the processing volume per hour to select a machine that meets your production demands without overloading.
