- Multi-Roller Extraction System: The fruit first passes between two counter-rotating knife rollers with the help of a feed roller. Then the pre-cut fruit is pressed by the three pressure rollers to fully extract juice. This design ensures high juice yield and clean separation.
- Food-Grade Stainless Steel Construction: The entire machine is constructed from food-grade stainless steel except for drive components. Crucially, the cutting blades are made from 440C stainless steel. The material offers superior hygiene and durability.
Working Principle of Dual Roller Juicer
The primary components of this machine include three stainless steel counter-rollers, two cutting rollers, one feeding roller, an inlet hopper, a juice outlet, a machine frame, and a drive mechanism.
This industrial juicer operates through a simple yet efficient 4-stage mechanical process:
1. Feeding: Whole, unpeeled fruits are loaded into the feed hopper.
2. Cutting: Fruits pass between two rotating knife rollers. These blades make precise cuts in the peel to release juice and create escape paths for liquid.
3. Pressing: The cut fruits move through three press rollers. These rollers apply increasing pressure to squeeze out juice and pulp while keeping the peel largely intact.
4. Discharging: Flat, dry peel is ejected from one outlet, while fresh juice and pulp flow out from juice outlet.
